The objective of the report is to formulate a strategy for a new Entrant to launch Information Technology Enabled Services for Educational Institutes across the globe and Middle Class Segment in India. The report is divided into 2 sections. The first section focuses on the environment in which new entrant would operate. Industry and competitor analysis is done to figure out whether strategic window is open for anew Entrant or not. In second section of the report suggestions are made as to what new Entrant may assume before launching its business. What should be the vision of the Organization? What should new Entrant offer in terms of its products and services to differentiate itself from its competitors? Different frameworks and templates are used to design a business model for the new entrant. Key success factors have been identified for its business to succeed. Report concludes with how new Entrant's "cycle of success" should look alike. The report infers that there is a huge untapped market in India and also, EPO industry is in its nascent state. Since the entry barriers are low, a new Entrant has an opportunity to establish itself as a big player. It should work towards making its company a house hold name. New Entrant should have its core ideology of" Customer Delight" and should "Value People", its employees as well as its partners. Keport also has a representative business plan which discusses the operational, organizational and financial considerations of the new entrant and suggests how new entrant can plan to launch its services for educational institutes across the globe and for middle class segment in India.
