Many of their universities are on path to become world-class. India has lack of quality higher education in general education. The proposed university will be founded on core principles of scale, inter-disciplinary approach, merit, equity, governance, non-profit. Based on our cost analysis, the proposed university will cost around 1500 crores over 10years.
