dc.description.abstract | In today s fast changing technological environment the firms need to find a strategy to maintain its strength and at the same time be flexible enough to ride technological changes. The firms find partnership as the scalable model to address not only the market requirements but gain mutual advantage for all in the ecosystem. In the paper specific case of mobility solution of enterprise applications for service mobility is considered. Different firms provide value at different level in the solution chain. There are firms that can help in providing enterprise services, there are firms that can help in managing general physical and infrastructure specific solution and finally ISVs/VARs who can provide the reach to product vendors and also customize the solution. The paper identifies why the partnership can act as scalable model, the stages and key activities in the partnership formulation and some key evaluation factors are provided. | |
