The scorecard allows us to measure financial and customer results, operations, and organization capacity. The project aims to study the strategy-based balanced scorecard system and suggest a framework for the implementation of a Balance Scorecard for the Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Independent Business Unit (IBU) in Infosys.
