dc.description.abstract | Each of the four competitors (Infosys, Wipro, TCS and Sat yam) has been following a strategy of its own for its growth and expansion into various geographies and to withstand competition in the software and services industry. After having setup IGSI (IBM Global Services India) to compete with these Indian players, IBM is now looking at ways to be the number one performer that uses the offshore-delivery model. The following report aims at analyzing the four Indian competitors of IBM Global Service India (IGSI), i.e. Wipro Technologies Ltd., Infosys Technologies Ltd., Tata Consultancy Services and Sat yam Computers in terms of their strategic initiatives. | |
