dc.description.abstractIn this paper an attempt has been made to highlight the various implications of the New Economic Policy on the Indian Corporate Sector. Some of these implications are discussed in detail including widespread competition and internationalization. Next the author discusses the various opportunities for businesses that have been thrown open by the new policies. Finally, the Author discusses the organisational qualities that would be at a premium in the new environment.-
