dc.description.abstractThe project aims at determining which countries will be potential suppliers of talent and work and which will be the consumers for same and the impact of this on the strategy of a multinational company. A framework will be developed to determine the potential suppliers and consumers of work and talent. The inferences drawn out of the framework will lead to categorization of the selected countries as: ??Existing supplier of talent and/or consumers of work ??Emerging supplier of talent and/or consumers of work ??Probable supplier of talent and/or consumers of work in future (5 years hence) ??Existing supplier of work and/or consumers of talent ??Emerging supplier of work and/or consumers of talent ??Probable supplier of work and/or consumers of talent in future (5 years hence) This kind of classification is expected to give a lead to a multinational company by being the first one to outsource work to some destination or from some destination.en_US
