Part 1 deals with current e-commerce business in India, is the future of e-commerce bright and the various discount models used by top Indian e-commerce companies. Part 2 is a detailed study on Logistics and Delivery model used by top two India e-commerce companies Flipkart and Amazon India. Part 2 also talks about the last mile delivery problem faced by e-commerce companies operating in India and suggest possible solutions.
