dc.description.abstractThe intent of this report is to analyze conglomerate strategies at ITC limited, such as restructuring and diversification initiatives taken. How ITC performed strategic initiatives and how those initiatives forced it to change its structure. We will also discuss the rationale behind those steps as per ITC from various secondary and primary sources. This report will also perform peer and competitor analysis for ITC. At conclusion this report will suggest alternative strategy and structural measures for ITC for better economic performance.
