dc.description.abstract | Over the past few decades, the education industry has witnessed very few technological disruptions in terms of how education is delivered and the overall experience of education for the students as well as teachers. With the advent of Massively Open Online Courses (MOOC) and flipped classroom or blended learning, technology is starting to play a decisive role in making education more efficient and enriching. The traditional model of education involves the teacher delivering lectures in class and giving readings and problems as homework. The flipped classroom model flips this model with the teacher delivering the lectures via technology for viewing at home and using his time in class for hands on activity and problem solving. | |
