India is now at the threshold of a revolution. Surge in India s Economy has surely poised us to see development like never before. Real Estate is for sure one of the lucrative and without doubt the fastest growing sector. However due to lack of space in the developing cities especially in the metro polis, the real estate has taken another form. It is of developing townships which negate the distance from the city centres. There has been a huge influx of large multi-complex housing complexes in the tier 1 cities. These complexes, in their lure to attract the clientele have incorporated many facilities beyond the basic housing services. A big part of these added facilities is development of sporting amenities. Today most of these multi complexes are equipped with all kind of sporting amenities and use that as the added value proposition to their potential customers. Each of these complexes has fully fledged gymnasium, tennis and badminton courts, and swimming pool to name the least available amenities. However there is still a void in terms of how these facilities are used. On close observation one can realize that although there is a huge need for good instructors at these facilities, there is a consistent lack for the same in almost all the townships/apartments. People still send their children to badminton, tennis, table tennis etc and other such training academies, although they have the same facility right at their door step. The health business in India is booming specially because the hardworking highly paid individual is losing on time to take care of his health and thus needs an expert s advice in every activity that he partakes to improve his health. The proposed business will serve to this unmet need of all such residents who would want better training and instructors for each of these sport facilities in their own complexes. The clientele will be the residents of these housing condominiums which have the above mentioned amenities. We will provide them with coaches certified under the highest level of training (e.g. Reebok certification for gym instructors) and instructors who are on par with the other centers that are available in the city. This will be in a tie up with major condominium constructors (e.g. L and T,Mantri Developers, and DLF etc.) who would then highlight this as a feature of their condominium and charge an extra premium for the overall maintenance, a part of which would4form the revenue of the business. The first city to be targeted is Bangalore and such other metropolitan in the 1st phase.
