dc.description.abstractIn this paper, some of the major management problems and constraints facing different health care delivery systems are presented. Then, problems of health manpower training, and organisational arrangements required, are outlined. In the light of these problems, some important questions and issues which need to be examined for the growth and development of health care delivery system in India are suggested.
