dc.description.abstractThe article focuses on the relationship of leader courage and how leaders were judged based on their decisions and actions. It defines two courage dimensions that were exhibited by leaders during crisis situation such as physical courage and moral courage. Moreover, a proposed framework with two courage dimensions that enables the classification of four types of leaders including authentic, misguided, and ineffectual leaders was discussed.-
