First week was completely devoted for Induction program, out of which 2 days were set for all franchise presentation and rest two for life changing experience in NGO. At the end of week, we were introduced to our project guide. Project started with brisk pace and lasted for 7 weeks. Last week was reserved for report making and final presentation. Whole project was monitored under the efficient supervision of my mentor who keeps directing me at the right inflection point. At the end of one month, our Mid-Review was scheduled to gauge our status. Mid-review helped us in tying up loose ends. Our end review was held on final week. Based on our performance we were recommended by our franchise to make presentation to board of Jonson and Johnson Medical division. Finally, MD and all board dinner marked the end of our fruitful internship period. | URI: | https://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/16623 |
