dc.description.abstract | Strategy & Operations, Hyderabad have expert teams that take up consulting projects in the industries like Financial Services & Insurance (FSI), Healthcare, and Technology & Media. Apart from industries there are service lines expert teams in domains like SCM, M&A, and Outsourcing. A project team usually comprises of team members from different Deloitte locations like New York, Chicago, Singapore, Tokyo, Hyderabad, etc. Teams formed are dynamic and changes from project to project. During my internship, I was working with the HCLS expert group at Deloitte Hyderabad . I worked on two assignments during my internship. The details of the projects are described in the next section. Both these assignments were for a leading MNC firm in US. One of the projects was to identify and implement global initiatives across different geographies and the other was to develop a point of view on globalization. Apart from projects, trainings on consulting practices and frameworks, interaction sessions with partners, senior managers, etc added insights to the internship learning experience. These sessions provided platform to understand more about consulting and Deloitte in general. | |
