Abstract: The internship was structured into three rotations, each of three weeks duration. The internship was very educating and also gave me an exposure to the various functions in a bank. The interaction with people from various teams gave an exposure to the financial markets and also the models used to make sense of the direction of market. I also got a chance to meet many Alumni who advised us and helped improve our performance in the firm. The interaction with the senior employees of the firm helped me understand the values the firm stands for and understood the importance of every person in realizing the organizational objective and in upholding its values. Overall, the 9-week internship was a very fruitful in terms of real-industry exposure and in meeting professionals in the field.
