Abstract: Scope of Work: The project involved following activities: A. Telecalling Activity for Free Jobs: Co-owner of the Free Jobs activity a. Improve in flow of number offree accounts added on Shine. I. Ideation and development of low cost activities that would help increase this number. ii. Scale up and day to day management of the Telecalling operation- including managing the processes, tracking conversions and quality to take up productivity of each called from the current average of 10 to 30 over the next 3 months. iii. Regular analysis of all data on free jobs- including jobs dashboard, conversion rates of all free jobs activities etc b. Increasing no of jobs per client I. Identifying means of increasing no of jobs per client ii. OperationaliSing and managing activities to push up no of jobs- including online marketing activities such as email/sms as well as servicing interventions/processes iii. Regular tracking of jobs per client and identifying type of intervention needed B. Improving use of Jobs for acquisition: Ensuring brands and jobs generated by the Free Jobs activity is a. Big brands to be sifted out each week and fed into the job use funnel b. Ensure brand names are being used across properties including the homepage, mailers, banners etc c. Identify other properties where use of such jobs could help. E.g., using brand names in print advertiSing, radio etc d. Working out and operationaliSing the testimonial process- esp. from Free Jobs clients c. SMO activities and other low cost activities: To use social media to spread awareness for the DM Movie launch a. Ensure social media presence for DM Movies b. Managing online marketing activities including email and smses to spread awareness for the DM activity c. Generate other ideas for low cost acquisition for both
