Training was a formal one day program for the entire batch of summer interns for 2010. Expectations for the entire program was laid out. Citi group directors from India gave an overview of their divisions, along with some general insights about banking sector in India The DiscussionlData Collection part included primary and secondary research on NBFC sector in India. Discussions were mainly with major bankers and NBFC industry insiders
