Ideal capital structure for metal companies; JSW Steel Limited

Abstract

The internship primarily consisted of a project in the corporate finance area along with analysis and verification of the annual report of the company which came out during the internship process. I had to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the metal industry and understand various aspects of the financial issues involved in these companies. It also gave me ac1nmce to' apply and test the theoretical approach in the real life environment for the metal companies. I also got significant inputs from the Chief financial officer of the company which helped in understanding the important decision criteria for such problems.
