Extensive research on data on project finance deals pre and post financial crisis was collected and analyzed to spot the key changes. Inputs were taken from industry practitioners (cross department interaction with Project finance, Treasury and Equity research) to understand the dynamics of GCC project finance market and investor sentiment. Apart from the main project mentioned above, I also did a detailed study of IPO process across developed and emerging markets, to arrive at recommendations to CMA, the financial regulatory authority of Oman to improve the IPO process. The study involved countries like USA, UK, France, Spain, China (Hong Kong and Shanghai), India, Japan, Australia, Brazil to name a few. I also assisted the team in drafting the prospectus and Information memorandum for the $300 USD fixed income fund, following it by investor communication reaching out to investors across GCC and neighboring economies i.e. Iran, Nigeria and Libya. Finally, did an extensive research on risk mitigation strategies for Private equity investment in Real estate in GCe.
