dc.description.abstractThe liberalization of the Indian economy has thrown open various opportunities for the corporate sector to raise its funding requirements, among which are euroconvertible bonds and equity shares. Theses confer on the issuer a number of advantages, which includes cheaper and larger amounts of fund which can be raised and that too in foreign exchange.
