dc.description.abstract	The Objective of this report is to study the work-flows in a medium-sized branch and to make suggestions to optimise productivity. The main Methodology used was observation of the desks and taking interviews of the staff. The study was conducted mainly in 2 Branches namely the Santa Cruz Branch and the Breach Candy Branch, both of which classify as medium-sized branches.
