Abstract

The project can be divided into three parts: 1. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (which is not being touched upon in this report) 2. Looking into the possibility of reduction in interest burden of the company. For this. the operations of the three major Business groups - Agrochemicals. Rubber chemicals and Health care and the banking operations has been looked into for possible improvements with the objeotive of ultimately reducing the overall borrowing of the company. 3.
