dc.description.abstractThe following is the report of the market survey that was done to determine what are the services provided on the credit cards that need to be improved and what services need to be added on to the cards. The report contains the details of the services that need to be added/improved. The survey was limited by the fact that it was conducted only in Bangalore. Most of the respondents said that one of their primary reasons for buying an SCB card was the fact that the cards division was headquartered in Bangalore and this Save them the confidence that in the event of any problems they could get in touch with the senior management.
