dc.description.abstract	To study and work on the Hs. 3.3 crore initial public offer of Alliance Credit and Investments Ltd. The activities related to a public issue of iii company can be divided into two parts namely the pre-issue activities and the post issue activities. The project was completed on 10.6.94 while the issue is slated to open in the second week of July. Hence the report only covers the pre issue activities.
