Abstract: Foods planning consists of Central planning , Branch planning, and Factory planning. This report concentrates on Central planning and Branch planning only. The Centre specifies the Factory feeding Plan every month. It fixes brandwise production targets for each factory. The GSM meets the ASMs every month to fix brandwise targets for each branch. The branch first splits these brandwise targets among the Territory Sales Managers . The targets are further split among the depots in each territory. , The brandwise monthly sales targets for each depot are split into weekly sales targets. The weekly brandwise sales targets have to be converted into packwise sales targets.
