Abstract: This Project is aimed at enhancing the productivity of Market Links’ executives given that there has been a sharp fall in the deposits brought in by them. This has been happening in spite of the fact that there has been no significant fall in the growth rates of deposits even in the case of Scheduled Commercial Banks.
