Abstract: To make a review and audit of the existing Wholesale dealer’s infrastructure, keeping in mind the evolutionary nature of the business, in order to. a) Evaluate the optimality of the norms laid down and their contribution in achieving the company’s goals. To prioritise the norms on the basis of certain qualitative and quantitative parameters. b) Define and evaluate the roles of various agents within the infrastructure in terms of their efficiency and effectiveness. Thus, to identify overstaffing due ta inefficiencies or gaps created by the need for agents in new roles. On the basis of the study to make recommendations and suggestions, if necessary to 1) Reassess the optimal levels for the norms) and prioritise them in order of importance 2) Redefine the roles of various agents to obtain maximum efficiency ;and correspondingly modify the infrastructure
