Abstract: The main focus of the project has been to study the level of satietaction \ disatisfaction with the users of Godrej as well ae of competitors products. The thrust has been to get a feedback from the customers of Godrej users and other branded furniture, if they are dissatisfied then whak is that has made them dissatisfied what is the satisfactian level and what further improvements can be made. In addition to this a small no of Professionals were also covered to determine their attitude towards branded furniture and why is that they da not buy branded furniture.
