dc.description.abstractThe company's Ist level customer, the wholesellers & the distributors, have major influence on the sale of a particular brand. Hence’ they enjoy a major bargaining power. The company has recently collected a lot of funds through equity route. The company plans an expansion of its capacity to meet the future fast growth. However as of now the capacity utilisation is not up to the mark. The company is trying to streamline its operations. It has launched a major material cost reduction drive but quality is not to he sacrificed. The company realises that once the economy opens up further, and the MNCs start coming in, it is Quality which is going to make all the difference.
