dc.description.abstractThe Customer Satisfaction Survey was carried out in the branch town of Madras and upcountry areas of Madurai, Trichy, Cuddalore, Pondicherry and Salem. The objectives of the research are i 1. To identify the parameters that constitute customer satisfaction. 2. To determine the satisfaction levels of Godrej Customers on these parameters. 3. To compare the satisfaction levels of Godrej customers to buyers ‘of competitive products. The sample size was 160 of which 106 were Godrej customers and S4 were users of other brands. Data was collected from the respondents by administering a questionnaire.
