Abstract

This project deals with the latest EXIM policy issued by the Government of India .Its main objective is to determine the various avenues open to Raychem - RPG for the establishment of an Export oriented undertaking . The report gives details of not only the various avenues available but also the norms , requirements and obligations which are to be fulfilled if such avenues are to be used. The methodology followed during the project was to first thoroughly study the latest Exim policy issued by the government , then the second part involved meeting with professionals who are reputed in this field to iron. out the various issues that cropped up during the study. This report has been written and researched with Raychem - RPG in mind and also taking into consideration their products . This report may be modified to suit the needs of other industries.
