Abstract: Reliance Industries Limited is a company which has undergone phenomenal growls in (he last decade, It is on a path of continuous expansion. With hew sectors and new avenues being exploited each day, This corporate is on it's way to become a global player to reckon. To meet the global challenges and the requirements of specialized skills to handle the demands of such an unprecedented growth. The company has started recruitment of MBAs in the recent past. It absorbs these management graduates from the leading campuses to become a professionally managed organization. Reliance wants to train these enterprising youths lo be the business leaders of tomorrow, to lake independent charge and guide the future plans. It is with this background that Reliance needs a management trainee scheme to caler to the Training & developmental needs of the newly recruited managerial professionals. Hence, the project was undertaken to survey the schemes existing in some of the leading corporates with a view to design one for it’s own self. it covered the induction and the on-the-job training.
