Abstract: The Customer Satisfaction Measurement Survey is an annual exercise commissioned by Modi Xerox to evaluate the satisfaction of owners of photo copiers, fax machines and laser printers with their products and their suppliers. The data has been collected on a wide set of parameters covering the overall satisfaction, sales support, technical service, query handling, invoicing, copier performance, paper supplier & consumable supplies. This report deals with the CSMS conducted by the surveyor over the period April- June 1993 from the Delhi East Branch.
