With the increasing competition dealer is becoming more and more demanding. Philips scored very low compare to competitors BPL, Videocon, Onida, Optonica and Texla in the area of Servicing, Delivery Time, Discounts Offered to deal er., Schemes Offered to Dealers, Attitude of Sales Personnel and Delivery Personnel. Most of the dealers unhappy becaue of price disparity. They blame company for this.
