dc.description.abstract	The objective of this project Is to develop a model lor projecting demand lor Nylon Fishnet Twine in Tamilnadu. The demand lor HDPE has not been taken into account. Developing a model for the whole of India based on the model tor Tamilnadu has not been done. since the type or fishing, twine/mesh constructions, seasonality and amount of fish caught varies from state to state. The model Is based mainly on secondary data.
