In the K cage segment, it has very a limited presence through it. two and three-wheeler products. This project was done to estimate the demand potential for K cages in the four-wheeler segment based on which. the decision to enter this segment would be taken. Through an initial literature survey, vehicles were identified. where K cale8 are being used at present. A preliminary survey was conducted on bearings used in TELCO 1210. TATA 407. TATA 808. 8AJAJ TEMPO. MARUTI 800 cars and vans. MAHINDRA jeeps and traotors and EICHER tractors to estimate the two parameters on which the model created for the demand forecasting, is dependent on.
