dc.description.abstractThe world today is going through a lot of changes which are bound to transform various industries. History has a lot of examples of companies which failed to identify growing trends, resulting in heavy losses. Through this project, we plan to understand what the 10 major changes which a global company of today should be prepared for. These changes can be due to various factors – macroeconomic, technological, environmental, political or behavioural. We also plan to identify the questions which the senior management of a company of today should ask themselves to cope with these changes.
