The purpose of this project is to maximize sales for Daily Bread, an Indian company with world class bakery and confectionery products. The scope of this project will be limited to the Super Market chain which accepts Daily Bread products on a returnable basis. Daily bread estimates demand for their products (in these stores) based on past supply data. While the past data gives an approximate estimation of sales in each store, it doesn’t throw light on the consumer requirement in each store. Hence there is a need for some systematic approach to estimate the demand in each of the stores.
