Abstract: The study would entail the initial exploration of the existing senior housing market in India. The initial exploration would include the analysis of economic and demographic trends on a metropolitan and national level. Based on this analysis, various parameters will be used to generally determine the potential demand for senior housing in India. This demand analysis, along with other primary and secondary analysis, will be used as a basis to determine appropriate senior housing facilities and viable locations/metropolitan areas in India. Finally, the preceding analysis will be used to determine potential pricing levels, expense levels, and a broad estimate of the return on investment for senior housing facilities in India. The broad analysis will help determine the overall viability of senior housing in India.
