Our malting barley project aims to ready India for the global malt business and also drive social development of the barley farming communities. The agro-project will achieve this by harnessing the expertise in barley cultivation that International beer manufacturers have and by backward integration in the value chain. This backward integration will help the International beer manufacturer source high-quality barley from the Indian farmers and in return contribute to social development of the barley farming communities in India.
