dc.description.abstract | The study involve an in depth analysis of the informal sector job market and the inherentissues faced by the job seekers in this segment as well as the employers who seek to hire fromworkers from this segment. Then we move on to analyse the business models existent in thisspace. The agenda of this analysis is two-fold:• Understand the approach of the existent business models in addressing the issuespresent in this segment. Also analyse the problems in each approach and find out thereason for the same.• Compare and contrast the business models to understand the competitive advantage ofeach and the impact that they have created for the workers in the informal sector andcomment on how far these models have been successful in becoming inclusive as wellas financially viable. | |
