Abstract: India was ranked 11th in the Asia Pacific region and 62nd in the world, on the list of theworld's attractive destinations. The high standing has been attributed to its rich collection of World Heritage sites and rich biodiversity especially in animal planet. Indiahas also been voted the 14th best tourist destination for its natural resources and 24thfor its cultural resources.Combining good growth prospects and great business potential, the industry is marching towards being a key contributor of Indian GDP. It is expected that the recent investments made in upgrading and expanding the infrastructure in India like airports, national and statehighways etc. will act as significant drivers for the growth of hospitality industry in India. We wish to provide Customized, Safe and Hassle-free Indian experience to foreign tourists and make asuccessful business out of it. The industry as seen above is growing at a tremendous rate and is evolving. To ride this change successfully, we need to understand the environment and the forces affecting theIndustry. We also have to comprehend the interests and needs of different stakeholders - ourcustomers, vendors, potential partners, regulatory bodies and government. Further to establish a going concern business, we also need to identify opportunities for building sustainable advantages that other competitors will have difficulty imitating.
