Abstract: The value chain of any company or firm in any business is the linked set of value- creating activities- from basic raw materials to the ultimate product or service delivered to the consumer. Through this project we have tried to understand exactly how does the organized and organized sector organize its thinking about cost management, how the margins, credit policies are decided and finally the government regulations imposed for efficient working of economy.
