dc.description.abstractThe study is being conducted with the primary objective of evaluating how conducive the Indian Bio-Industrial sector is for the growth and sustainability of international and domestic firms. The study aims to ascertain factors that can possibly be responsible for differentiated success of domestic and international firms. The project attempts to derive a conceptual predictive model for the performance of firms operating in the sector. The study focuses on: * A structural analysis on the entire sub-sector to evaluate attractiveness. * Detailed analysis of 4 companies with different business models and resources to track key differentiators and success factors for the industry.
