Service level agreements (SLAs)

Abstract

This report presents our study on Classification of Service Level Agreements and study of Supply Chain Models which help in implementation of these SLAs. The study was carried out under the guidance of Professor Dinesh Kumar. The aim of our study was to classify the various types of SLAs that firms sign and describe supply chain models which firms typically use to implement these SLAs. The study is primarily based on secondary research. It involved going through a large number of research papers and articles on SLAs. We would like to thank Professor Dinesh Kumar for his continuous guidance.
