dc.description.abstractThe current IPO and pre-IPO markets have key limitations. The banks play a key role in the IPOs, but this process has inherent conflict of interests in it. The pre-IPO market faces the liquidity challenge. A Blockchain based platform can lead to possible solution for these shortcomings in current systems. This study intends to examine the viability and application of Blockchain in the IPO and Pre-IPO markets. It aims to cover the following aspects: ? Understand and analyze the two types of market (Pre-IPO and IPO) ? Opportunities & challenges present in this sector ? Kinds of problems that can be solved by using Blockchain ? Understand the business model and strategies used by upcoming startups in this space
