It covers around sixty-five countries however, it is relatively the less developed part of the world that accounts for only thirty percent of the world GDP even though it has seventy five percent of the energy reserves and sixty-two percent of the world population. Fitch rating agency estimates that the scale of projects already underway would be approximately $ 900 billion and might go up to $ 4 trillion. This would make BRI the largest ever international infrastructure development project by one country. | URI: | https://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/19244 |
