In our research, we have studied three types of organizations. Viz. a start-up (Soil), an established organization (Stellapps) and a frontrunner (Cisco) in the field of IoT. The purpose of structuring our study this way is to understand the functioning and challenges at different levels of expertise. In our study, we have sought to understand the end to end implementation of the IoT systems in these organizations and also understand the benefits, operational efficiencies obtained and the challenges face by these organizations in handling these systems.
