dc.description.abstractTo help organization to develop the predictive component life cycle analysis for the benefit of organization by utilizing the existing systems and resources for tools at various product life cycle stages and triggering event. • Production (build plan), • Pilot to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), • Supplier Moves, • HVM to Spares Further through the scope of this project we have understood and tried to provide the following deliverables to Lam Research: • Help build business process which can deep dive into their existing system (or analyze existing data/processes we have) and provide health check reports and early warning system to various stakeholders. • Develop Business process to have the predictive life cycle for components the products with design risk profile, sourcing risk analysis. • Deployment Strategy for the business providing the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time.
